The club
Toc Toc Toc is a social club founded in 2026 by @jennifer.climbing in Québec City. Our mission: move together, laugh together, drink together. We're a mix of Sunday climbers, dodgeball warriors, and terrace philosophers.
Welcome to a club of people who love moving, pushing their limits, and trying new things. Whether you're a runner, a cyclist, a triathlete, into Hyrox, or just looking for a crew to run around with like a kid again, you're in the right place.
We started this because we missed the days when all it took was knocking on a friend's door to go play outside. Now we're recreating that feeling through sports, adventure, and a community of people who still know how to have fun.
What do we play?
We climb walls and trees. Beginners welcome!

Spike it, block it, serve it — everyone plays, nobody rides the bench!
Run, dodge, tag. Tag is making a comeback in Québec City's parks — grown-up version, fun guaranteed.
No tackling, but touchdowns all the same! We rip flags, celebrate way too hard, and everyone has a blast, guaranteed.
